About iDAQ
iDAQ is a UK based Hosting Service Provider with offices located in Chesterfield and points of presence in London, Manchester and Sheffield. Our core network is based in Manchester.
We provide a range of internet services to a wide range of clients from small personal web sites through to the management of a number of major organisations internet infrastructure. Our customer base stretches around the globe and includes the UK, Europe, Asia, and the US. We also provide hosting services and network management to many well known and high profile organisations which include government departments, blue chip corporations, hosting companies, ISP's, media companies and design agencies.
We are constantly working to improve our services and keep our products competitively priced and feature rich, whilst maintaining a high level of customer support.

BSI ISO9000 Registered We are ISO 9000 registered through BSI for the design and development of network infrastructure and the ongoing provision of internet products and services. Essentially ISO9000 registration means we have systems in place to ensure that you, the customer, receive exactly what you ordered and if you have any complaints, that they are handled in an efficient manner. Our systems and procedures are audited every year by BSI to ensure that we are meeting our targets and keeping our promises. If, during an audit, BSI found any parts of our procedures that were not performing satisfactorily then we would be given a period of time to correct the non conformance, should we not correct the problem then the BSI ISO9000 registration would be revoked. We invest heavily in ISO9000 Registration and this is a sign of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. |

Ripe Member We are full members of Ripe. As a member of Ripe we are classed as a Local Internet Registry or LIR. LIR's are so called because they are responsible for the distribution and registration of Internet number resources at a local level. LIRs also ensure that RIPE community policies and procedures are followed at a local level. |

Nominet Member Nominet are the UK's internet naming authority. Being members of Nominet allows us firstly to register UK domain names directly with the authority and not through a third party. Secondly our membership allows us to have a say in the future direction on the UK internet namespace. We actively monitor the Direction and Progress of Nominet and use our voting allocation to help guide Nominet in the direction we feel would benefit our customers. |

ISPA UK was established in 1995 and promotes competition, self-regulation and the development of the Internet industry.
